My lessons are personalized, interactive, and designed to meet each student's individual learning goals. I begin by assessing the student's current knowledge and identifying areas that need improvement. Based on this, I create a structured learning plan that is easy to follow and focused on achieving measurable progress.
I teach Human Nutrition and Dietetics, including basic nutrition, clinical nutrition, therapeutic diets, meal planning, nutritional assessment, and disease specific nutrition. I also help university students with assignments, presentations, exam preparation, and evidence based nutrition concepts.
My lessons are conducted online using video calls and digital learning materials. Each session includes clear explanations, practical examples, discussions, and opportunities for students to ask questions. I provide notes, practice exercises, and constructive feedback to reinforce learning and build confidence.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Nishtar Medical University and completed a six month clinical internship at Nishtar Medical Hospital, where I gained hands on experience in medical, surgical, pediatric, and gynecology wards. This clinical background allows me to combine theoretical knowledge with real life practical examples, making lessons engaging, relevant, and easy to understand. Moreover, I passed my English proficiency exam (OET). I hold certain certificates of participation in different events related to my field. As a member of NDS, I gained experience in counselling of students to make healthy lifestyle changes.
My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, develop a strong understanding of nutrition, and achieve their academic or professional goals.
