My lessons will depend on the type of students I will be teaching. For Secondary level students, I will be using the usual way of having lessons and then activities or vice versa. However, for the college or adults, of course, I will be presenting more activities than lectures for I know that adults will be learning more on the hands-on activities that will best cater their learning retention. I have set these formats based on my two years' work experience and even from my learnings in the master's degree. In my previous workplace we used blended learning modality, and I taught english and general education subjects.

Furthermore, teaching the youth aging yrs old in our religious sect for five I believe is an edge for me to truly understand and show compassion to my students providing them a supportive environment for the teaching and learning process which will pave way for my future students to be globally competitive ones.
