I’m Marwa, a second-year medical student at the University of Birmingham, and I’m super excited to be a tutor here at MyTutor. For me, tutoring isn’t just about teaching—it’s about walking alongside you on your journey to becoming the best version of yourself.
I’ve always had a passion for studying, and after achieving top grades in both my GCSEs and A-levels, I’ve developed strategies that I truly believe can help you succeed too. My lessons are all about balance—combining clear content learning with plenty of exam practice to make sure you’re confident and ready.
Each lesson will start with a quick recap to refresh what we covered before, then we’ll dive into new material, tailored exactly to your exam board’s specification. If the topic requires developing key skills, I’ll provide plenty of practice questions and targeted homework so you can maximise your learning.
I know what it feels like to be in your shoes—balancing schoolwork, exams, and everything in between. What sets me apart is that I’ve been through the exact same process recently, so my strategies are not only tried-and-tested, but also realistic and easy to apply.
Medicine has always fascinated me because it’s the perfect mix of science, problem-solving, and helping others. That same passion drives my tutoring—I love breaking down tricky concepts and finding creative ways to make them “click.” My goal is to help you not only improve your grades, but also build confidence and enjoy learning along the way.
