When you sign up to learn with me, I will ask you what you are struggling with. This enables me to plan a personalised lesson for you, so that it is tailored to your needs and how you think. Consequently, you are much more likely to understand topics, learn and retain information, compared to lessons in schools which are created for a class of over 30 kids. If the lesson is online, I will share my computer screen via a call and talk you through hard exam questions. If the lesson is in-person, I will bring resources such as whiteboards and pens for us to use, and slowly guide you through hard exam questions. Exam questions and exam papers are key! They are the path that lead you to the grade you desire. If you are not aware on what you need to learn, I will send you a checklist of topics that you must fill out to inform me of your existing knowledge and experience in GCSE maths. I aim to value you, and not the lesson, so I will ask you if you have any questions and repeatedly cover hard topics, as to make sure you understand, rather than to satisfy my plan. I speak English fluently, however I can also do lessons in Lithuanian. I will provide you with resources that I personally used during my GCSE study (2024/2025), that helped me attain all 9s in my GCSE, and especially a grade 9 in maths!
