As a middle- and long-distance runner who also loves strength training, I’ve spent years combining two worlds that many see as opposites — the gym and the track. My approach helps you develop a strong, athletic, and aesthetic physique while still performing at your best in endurance-based activities.
I hold two Bachelor’s degrees — one in Physical Education and another in Track and Field Coaching — and I’m currently completing my Master’s degree in High Performance Sport – Strength and Conditioning Coaching. This academic background, combined with years of practical experience, allows me to design evidence-based training plans that are effective, engaging, and personalized.
I work with both athletes and everyday individuals who want to transform their body and mindset. Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose weight, increase stamina, or improve running performance, I’ll help you achieve it through structured, enjoyable sessions that build lasting discipline and confidence.
