They say that when you speak to someone in a language they understand, it goes to their head—but if you speak their language, it goes to their heart. As someone deeply passionate about languages, I believe in the power of the connection that language creates. Helping someone express themselves fluently means helping them feel seen, confident, and understood.

I'm in my final year of studies in Applied Linguistics and Translation Studies, with a strong focus on language, communication, and the connections between languages. I also hold a certificate in Business English, which helps me support students in using English effectively in both everyday and professional settings.

I mainly teach online, though I also give in-person lessons when preparing high school students for exams, depending on where I’m based. I mostly work with children and teens, helping them improve fluency, prepare for exams like Matura, and feel more confident using English.

My lessons are interactive, personalized, and designed to make learning enjoyable and effective. I use:

Short readings from books at the start of class to spark discussion

Reviewing grammar and putting it into spoken practice during conversation-based activities

Flashcards and games (vocabulary, synonyms, idioms) for active revision

Targeted exercises to apply what we’ve learned

Language comparisons—highlighting links between English and the student’s mother tongue to deepen understanding

My mother tongue is Macedonian, and I’m fluent in Serbian, Slovenian, French, with a background in Italian, Spanish, Latin, and Ancient Greek. I bring this multilingual insight into every lesson to make learning relatable, fun, and personal.
