Hi!

Welcome to my page - I have been an artist for 3 years now, it all started when I was doing my MSc in Applied Psychology and Colour Theory. My work is rooted in scientific research in colour and our human relation to it.

My work as an artist is inspired by healing and releasing emotional trauma through the expression of colour & fluidity. My MSc research on colour psychology inspired my practice as an artist by further exploring how surroundings, behaviour and nostalgia affects attachment to colour as the most important sensory cue in our daily lives.

Movement is featured and encouraged through out sessions in order to explore fluidity and expression. Through this, there is a focus on the primary process and flexibility of expression through primal instincts.

By understanding that creative expression is something we all have, I focus on providing a space for people to explore that creativity without any boundaries. Your creative expression is welcome here without judgement of what it should look like.

I am able to give this classes fully in English or Portuguese and all ages are welcome!
