I have tutored a number of students during my academic career. I have hosted large (100+) tutorial sessions for engineering students and have also arranged one-on-one maths tutorials for high school students. As an engineer, maths has become part of my daily life and I thoroughly enjoy teaching it. There's no better feeling than seeing one of my students grasp a concept they have been struggling with. I am extremely friendly and always keen to help. My teaching style is quite straightforward (Questions related to problem areas, exam papers, breakdown of concepts etc.). I generally would advise new students to book a 2 hour session with me (the first hour will be free) so that I can gauge your level, what sort of questions/concepts you are struggling with, and decide what teaching methods would best suit you. I will obviously have material prepared beforehand but everyone learns differently. I will try my best to make you enjoy maths as much as I do or at least appreciate it.
