I do tutorials for Math and science subjects. For online tutorials, I use Skype, Zoom, Google classroom, to name a few. I usually evaluate the subjects or topics where each student under me is having a difficulty with. I find ways to explain better and clearly the topics or subjects that were considered as hard or that needs more attention for each student involved. I usually research more and be creative of my ways to make the given topics or subjects more understandable. I give more examples and do the problems (if there are) in a step by step procedure to make everything easy and understandable. I encourage my students to be on time and to be as open as they could so we can establish rapport and it will become easier for us to discuss whatever difficulty each student has. I am goal oriented and i am specific with time. I want each work or task given to me done in the best way I could and bring out results especially to the student concerned. I also include some games of sort so we can divert our time for a while before doing the task that we should do. My experience in handling tutorials to students of different ages and different needs makes it easy for me to bring out the best in each student not only on the topics or subjects of difficulty. I am a people person. I have passion for teaching that is why I would always find the best ways to tutor a student and bring out the best in him.
