I am an anthropologist from the University of Buenos Aires (BA, PhD) and I currently work as Assistant Professor and Researcher at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA/CONICET). Throughout my teaching career, I have covered a variety of subjects and levels, including high school, university and postgraduate. I have taught several disciplines in the social sciences and humanities, with a particular focus on environmental studies, anthropology, geography, history and sociology. I also specialize in methodology subjects and I have taught workshops on thesis and academic writing. Furthermore, I have work for several years as a teacher of Spanish as A Foreign Language (ELE) and as an English Teacher.
Since 2018, I have been teaching regularly at the University of Buenos Aires in the Annual Research Seminar for the BA in Anthropology. The focus of this seminar is to prepare and support students throughout the process of writing their bachelor's thesis. In addition to this, I have provided anthropology lessons at various National Universities, including a BA in Nursing and a BA in Law. I have also supervised and am the thesis Director for students from Argentina, Uruguay (FLACSO) and the University of Buenos Aires International Mobility Programes on different topics. I have worked as a trainer in administration and government. As a teacher and supervisor, my priority is to instill a passion for building knowledge and to guide students' individual processes with sensitivity and attentiveness. I am also concerned with equipping students with the tools and skills necessary to interrogate socio-cultural reality and academic traditions through critical thinking. This will foster creativity and originality in academic work, ethical commitment and attention to contemporary social issues.
