Hello! I have been tutoring for a few years now, and usually my approach for sciences will go towards understanding the material first by seeing the big picture. Analogies, interactive ways to digest the information, videos and visual learning mostly.
While the information is being processed, we would go through active recall in order to keep the information in place and finally, test your knowledge in several different ways! I always try my best to follow the students rhythm, you can’t expect both a lion and a monkey to learn how to eat at the same time or way! I will try to identify with the student their main learning language (visual, hearing) and work from there!
