My lessons are one hour long and focus on the topics that each student wishes to cover within the AQA or Edexcel GCSE Mathematics specification. I teach both Foundation and Higher tier content and tailor each lesson to the student's individual needs, strengths and areas for improvement. I guide students step by step through exam-style and past paper questions, encouraging them to explain their reasoning to develop confidence, mathematical understanding and problem-solving skills. Lessons incorporate regular exam-style questions to build familiarity with GCSE assessment requirements and improve exam technique. Homework and revision materials are provided where appropriate to reinforce learning between sessions, and regular feedback is used to monitor progress and inform future lessons. My aim is to create a supportive, engaging and encouraging online learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, overcoming challenges and achieving their full potential in GCSE Mathematics.
