- A chance for you to see if you feel comfortable with me, and for me to understand your needs.

Step 2: Getting Started
- You fill out a short form with basic information (name, DOB, address, health information, any medication or support needs).
- I send you a simple coaching agreement to sign so we’re clear on how we’ll work together.
Step 3: First Coaching Session (60-90 minutes)
- We do a well-being assessment covering the four key foundations of your well-being:
- Health - Nutrition - Fitness - Life
- We explore where you are now and where you want to be.
- By the end of the session, you’ll leave with 3-4 small, achievable action steps to start moving towards your bigger goals.
Step 4: Ongoing Support
- Weekly email check-ins to keep you motivated.
- Follow-up session two weeks after your first one to review progress & tackle any struggles.
- I recommend 4 - 12 sessions for lasting change.
My focus: Small, manageable steps that build your confidence, reduce stress, and help you succeed - not just in school, but in life.
