Mannan Karwa

I am a second year Mathematics student at the University of Oxford (Jesus College) and achieved a first in my first year examinations, also scoring highest in Jesus College. With 3 years of experience teaching GCSE and A-Level maths and physics online, as well as recently tutoring both the MAT and STEP, I will be able to provide a high level of teaching to students of all ages and abilities. All of my previous students have scored top grades A/A* and all Oxbridge applicants received at least an interview.

My general style of teaching is to go over all of the content on a topic then go over a range of practice questions to consolidate what has been learnt and find areas which need more work. This has been an approach that has been very successful for me and my students as A-Level maths questions typically follow a similar format to each other year after year so practice questions are often the best way of learning. However, having taught ages 8-17 in the past I am extremely versatile and can adapt my lessons to best fit the students needs.
