As a dedicated and versatile university graduate with a strong academic foundation in English Literature and French language learning, I am confident in my ability to contribute to your team and help students achieve their goals in both English and French. I am passionate about language education and believe that developing strong communication skills can truly empower learners in every area of their lives.

I have successfully tutored students learning French through the Department of French at St. Xavier’s College, where I supported beginners in building their vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and conversational confidence. My certifications in A2 and B1 levels of French further demonstrate my growing proficiency and commitment to continuously improving my language skills. I strive to make French enjoyable and accessible by using interactive resources tailored to each learner’s pace.

Alongside French tutoring, I have developed strong teaching experience in English as well. As an English Teaching Intern at Roseneil High School and a volunteer tutor with the IC Women’s Welfare Association, I taught prose, poetry, and grammar to students from different grade levels. I created engaging reading exercises, planned grammar-focused sessions, and helped students become comfortable with exam formats through targeted practice.

These combined experiences have strengthened my ability to adapt to different age groups and diverse learning styles while maintaining a warm, encouraging environment. With strong interpersonal communication, organisation, and a creative teaching approach, I am committed to supporting every student in becoming a more confident and capable communicator — whether in English, French, or both.
