I have previously worked as a teaching assistant in a special needs primary school for a few months. This was whilst I was at college studying for my BTEC extended diploma in applied science which I got Distinction* Distinction* Distinction. When it comes to my tutoring approach I like to look through the content and how that has been explained within the school setting and how to best adapt this to help the student best understand the content. This will typically be through visual methods and working through problems step by step.
