Microsoft Excel (Spreadsheets)
Computer hardware and associated equipment

Lesson style is calm and patient, with no rush at all. - This is your time, and at your pace (not mine), repeating all tasks, starting simple, till fully understood before moving on to the next stage.

Fully approachable tutor, helpful, very knowledgeable, experienced. Any question no problem, confidence-inspiring, praise on progress. Demonstrations first then tasks to carry out, then the student's turn, and repeat again till competent.

Short paper exercises given to cement your understanding, and a reflective review, or if exercises seem scary, then we can work together in an ad-hoc basis (without paper-based exercises) to suit your specific learning style.

'How do you learn best?' - Whatever way you feel you learn best is the way that I will teach you.

Open to questions about utilising other software applications or technical IT issues.
