I like to keep my lessons clear, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style depending on what works best for you — whether that’s step-by-step explanations, lots of practice questions, or breaking tricky topics into simple, easy-to-follow steps.

I achieved an A in A-Level Maths* and an A at GCSE, so I know what it takes to succeed in exams. I can help with SATs, GCSEs, and A-Levels, as well as general maths support for building confidence.

I’m also more than happy to work with SEND students — I create a calm, patient environment where no question is too small. The aim is always to make maths feel less stressful and more achievable.

My lessons usually start by checking what you already know, then we build from there. I like to use real exam questions, practice problems, and clear explanations to make sure you fully understand before moving on. Most importantly, I want my lessons to feel encouraging, so you leave each one more confident than when you started.

I also believe that making connections between maths and real-life examples helps students understand why they’re learning something, not just how to do it. This makes the subject feel more useful and less abstract. My goal is to give students not only the skills to pass exams but also a stronger long-term understanding of maths.
