My lessons are interactive, structured and tailored to each student’s needs, ensuring concepts are understood deeply rather than memorised temporarily. I begin each session with a quick recap or retrieval activity to reinforce prior learning, then introduce new material in clear, manageable steps. I use a mix of explanations, visual aids, worked examples and questioning to check understanding throughout.

Lessons are highly engaging, with a balance of theory, practical examples, and problem-solving tasks. I incorporate real-world applications so students see the relevance of what they are learning, while also building exam-ready skills. Students are encouraged to think critically, ask questions, and explain their reasoning, fostering confidence and independence.

I have extensive experience teaching Science, Physics and Maths across a range of ages and abilities, including students with SEND and EAL needs. My approach is adaptive: I adjust the pace, activities, and level of challenge depending on how the student is responding in real time.

Every lesson ends with a short review and a clear plan for what to practise before the next session, so learning is continuous and progress is measurable. My goal is simple: to make learning clear, engaging and memorable.
