I’m Mahana Alira, a dual-qualified Quantum Mind-Body Therapist® and Functional Nutrition Therapist™, trained through HMI Wellness®, and the founder of Thee Empowered Mama Ltd — a double SME News UK Enterprise Awards 2026-winning coaching practice. My work sits at the intersection of neuroscience, bioenergetics, and whole-foods nutrition, and I work with clients worldwide from the comfort of their own homes.

My approach is rooted in three core pillars: neuroscience, bioenergetic healing, and whole foods nutrition. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, I support clients in understanding the deeper physiological and emotional patterns driving their lived experience — and how to shift them at the root.

A bit about me, my background is unconventional — I’m a former award-winning professional chef who underwent my own profound wellness and identity transformation when I became a mother to my amazing twin girls. My lived experience directly informs the depth and authenticity I bring to every client relationship. I don’t teach from theory alone, I also teach from having walked the path.
