Maha Solangi

My name is Maha and I am an A level student studying biology, maths and psychology at sixth form. In my free time I enjoy volunteering in lessons, being able to make meaningful relationships with students and being able to help them in topics or aspects of the lesson they are finding difficult to understand. My favourite subject during my GCSEs were Biology, Maths and English Literature (especially Shakespeare!!). I also love teaching maths in a way that is fun and easy for you to understand :)

Lessons will always be meaningful and impactful, always ensuring lessons are delivered in a way that is clear and approachable to students. We will cover topics that students find difficult and we will work on them and continue practising the basic skills until we are able to answer exam style questions successfully. From there we will continue to cover content in maths that students struggle with. At the end of every lesson I always ask my students to complete 2-3 exam style questions in order to consolidate the skills they’ve learnt.
