My lessons are one-to-one online sessions designed to be supportive, encouraging, and interactive. I take the time to understand each student’s needs and goals, creating a friendly space where they feel listened to, understood, and motivated to grow.
I guide students through goal-setting, study habits, time management, and mindset strategies, using practical exercises and conversation to make learning clear, achievable, and even enjoyable. Lessons are flexible and tailored to each student, allowing them to explore challenges, ask questions, and try new approaches at their own pace.
While I am new to formal coaching, my over a decade of experience as a Public Service Interpreter has given me strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills. I have a genuine passion for mental health and wellbeing and am developing skills in mindfulness, meditation, and yoga, bringing tools that help students feel calm, focused, and resilient.
My goal is to make lessons positive, motivating, and personal, helping students feel confident, organised, and ready to tackle their challenges. I want every student to leave a session feeling encouraged, empowered, and inspired to achieve their goals — both in school and in life.
