My lessons are structured but flexible, tailored to each child’s needs and learning style. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, I create a calm, supportive environment where students feel comfortable and confident. I use a mix of interactive activities, clear explanations, and repetition to support understanding, particularly in phonics, literacy, and early learning. I focus on building confidence, encouraging independence, and adapting my approach to suit each student, including those with additional needs.
