Mackenzie

I am a teacher with a degree in Elementary Education, for grades kindergarten through 8th grade. My main focus of study is English/Language Arts, but I am open to teaching other subject. I integrate subjects together while teaching because I believe that different topics of study should be connected to achieve full understanding and skill.

I also base my lessons around the individual student and what works for them. Learning is not linear and we all understand things differently. I enjoy getting to know who someone is as a person and in turn, a learner. That allows me to see where their learning can go with your growth as my focus.
