As an experienced early years practitioner, completed a BA Honours degree in Early Childhood, I am a confident, knowledgeable worker, dedicated to creating a safe atmosphere that stimulates and encourages the development of each child's individual needs. During my six years of experience working with children from early years and key stage 1 and 2 and being a childminder, I have developed an extensive knowledge of early childhood development and primary years, I’m genuinely passionate about giving children great education and knowledge as well as play experiences for children, along with skills needed to look after groups of children to the highest possible standard. I have an excellent record of working successfully in different settings. I take pride in being able to handle difficult situations sympathetically but with professionalism. I'm also a positive, focused and self-motivated person, with a proven desire to gain and learn new skills and work towards continuous self-improvement.
