I am a certified life, business, and spiritual coach and the proud founder of Four Living Life Coaching. I reside in the South West with my partner Sarah and our extremely friendly dog Ze. When I’m not engaged in coaching, you can usually find me indulging in my favourite activities: socialising with friends, taking Ze to the beach or discovering new walking trails, or embarking on a new adventures.

So, what’s my role? As a life coach, I specialise in assisting individuals to overcome obstacles and build their happiest lives. Essentially, I offer a safe space where individuals can freely explore their challenges, identify the changes they aspire to make, and then I provide support throughout their journey to achieve these changes. My clients have accomplished a wide range of remarkable feats, including career changes, embarking on new adventures, adopting new hobbies, transforming their mindsets, and ultimately creating a life where they find more daily happiness. Witnessing such transformations is truly inspiring and fuels my passion for my work.

How did I arrive at this point? Prior to becoming a life coach, I spent years in field sales roles and managing my own businesses across various sectors. During this period, with the guidance of my own coach, I discovered my true calling was in helping others realise their potential. This revelation prompted me to pursue further training, and I’ve never regretted that decision. Assisting individuals in uncovering what truly brings them joy and helps them flourish in all aspects of their lives is an indescribable feeling. I’m thankful every day for those who entrust me to be a part of their journey.
