I have got a years worth of online tutoring experience for maths, which i did about a year ago during the pandemic.

My lesson plans involve going through step-by-step the method used to solve certain maths problems, so that you understand how to go about solving questions in particular areas of maths. I will then answer any questions that you have, and ensure that you are confident to move onto answering some questions that I will have prepared for you.

First, I will start by giving you more basic questions that will lay out and show you how the question should be answered, and what the correct answer looks like. Once I can see that you have got the hang of it, I will progress to give you some perhaps more difficult questions that have similar formats in terms of answering correctly. The aim is to see your confidence grow as well as your ability.

If you have any questions along the way or are unsure of anything, you will be more than welcome to ask! My aim is to help you with your maths as well as making you feel comfortable, particularly in asking me if you need help with anything! Therefore, if there are any areas of maths that you are struggling please let me know and i can prepare a lesson for you. This will include explaining thoroughly how to go about answering questions and why the maths works in that way, followed by some practise questions.
