We tackle problems together initially, then gradually build your independence as confidence grows. Each lesson concludes with a brief review of what we've covered and setting goals for next time.
My Approach: I believe understanding the 'why' behind methods is just as important as knowing the 'how'. I break down complex GCSE topics into manageable chunks, using real-world examples and visual aids to make abstract concepts tangible. Whether you're aiming to pass, secure a strong grade, or master challenging topics, I'll adapt the content and pace to suit you.
Experience: As a PhD graduate and professional maths tutor working within a school environment, I bring both deep subject expertise and practical classroom experience. Having achieved an A* in GCSE Maths myself, I understand the journey from both sides and am passionate about helping students reach their full potential.
