My lessons are student-focused, engaging, and tailored to meet individual learning needs. As a current sociology degree student, I bring both academic knowledge and a fresh understanding of what it’s like to study social science today. I aim to make each lesson feel supportive, structured, and interactive, creating a space where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring ideas.

Each session begins with a quick check-in to review previous material and identify areas that need more attention. From there, I introduce new content in a clear and manageable way, using real-life examples, case studies, and relevant media to make abstract theories more relatable. We’ll discuss key concepts, go through past exam questions if needed, and work on strengthening essay writing and critical thinking skills—essential for GCSE, A-level, and beyond.

I often use a mix of explanation, discussion, visual aids, and short exercises to keep lessons dynamic and help information stick. Lessons are typically one hour long, but I’m flexible depending on your needs. I also offer guidance on revision techniques and study planning, and I’m happy to share useful resources to support independent learning.

My goal is not just to help students pass exams, but to develop a deeper understanding and genuine interest in the subject. Whether you’re struggling with specific topics or aiming for top grades, I’ll work with you at your pace, in a way that suits your learning style.
