Luca Mazenod

Luca is very knowledgeable about foundational Electrical Engineering and Physics subjects, and has taught me at university level for a few years. I would recommend his teaching to anyone.

Amazing tutor highly recommend! Very good at explaining difficult concepts and simplifying them so they’re easy to understand. Knowledgeable in EEE and physics. Super friendly :)

Luca is an outstanding tutor, who spends as long as is required to make sure his students fully understand the topic. I was very much impressed by how he would spend a lot of time outside the lessons to be fully up to date with the theory on the topic I wished to cover and find relevant questions. He was very flexible with his schedule, very kind and all round would 100% recommend Luca as a tutor

Luca was an absolutely brilliant tutor and played a huge role in helping me through my first year at university. He has a really strong understanding of the material and, more importantly, is able to explain difficult concepts in a way that actually makes them click. He was always patient, encouraging and happy to go over things from first principles until I properly understood them. His lessons were well structured but never felt rigid, and he always made sure we focused on the areas I personally struggled with. Beyond the academic side, Luca was incredibly supportive and gave me the confidence to tackle problems independently. I genuinely felt that I improved significantly as a result of our sessions, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a tutor who is knowledgeable, approachable and genuinely invested in their students’ progress.
