Understanding is my most principal goal when I am teaching anything.
Everything you know currently is like pieces of a puzzle; and understanding what you know helps me to see what's in your mind, notice the gaps and then fill those gaps with the relevant knowledge so that you can then confidently move in the direction of your goals and targets.

I frequently use analogies and other parallels to the actual teaching so that you can understand what you are learning from multiple angles

Tech-wise, I love to use presentations; however the most important thing is "what does the student need?" So if you purely prefer a conversation, that can work; if you are heavy on statistics and numbers - we can do that too. If you want to be motivated and inspired, I'm the man for that job. However you would like the understanding to be presented to you; I can manage it.

But what is very important is helping you see yourself in a different way. Whether you are a school student, adult or corporate executive - how you see yourself impacts everything you do and ultimately who you become. So within everything I teach you, I help you to uncover more about how capable you are, what you can do; what gifts and natural skills you have and how you can use that to benefit yourself and those around you.
