My lessons are tailored to meet the specific needs of the learner. I love to engage with my students, get to interact with them,that way I get to know their area of strength and weakness and know how I can come in to help achieve the desired goal for enrolling in the class.
I also love my students to explore while learning that way the teaching and learning process is not one sided but a collaborative process.
I don't have experience teaching online but I have wealth of experiences teaching face to face that I am willing and ready to bring onboard to help my students get the best out of the process.
I am also always of the notion that there is a lot I can also learn from my students and I have really learnt a lot from them over the years of my teaching. So with the wealth of knowledge and experience I have gotten from teaching my students and interacting with them, I believe I am well equipped to carry out the task and duties that will be assigned to me as I take up this job.
I am also open to constructive criticism from both my students, their parents or guidance as well as the school authority as I believe that I need it from time to time to help me deliver better services and also help me to build myself and carrier.
