I have been a lecturer for a period of more than 2 years. A talented, well-organized, and strong classroom performer.

At the end of the term, I would expect my learners to have full knowledge of the areas covered.

The format is APA style. The lessons come with a Lesson plan, Schemes of work assessment to ascetain the learner's understanding of the covered areas. Class presentations, and work assignments after the lessons. The use of videos and student materials for revision are all-inclusive.

The lessons are very interactive as we move from the known to the unknown that is, I embrace stages in learning. Learners take center stage in every step.

I am very open to criticism and encourage questions as we discuss both in groups and as a class. I value learners' contribution in class because it enhances in-depth understanding of what has been taught and whether was understood or not.

The class dynamics involve setting up a positive classroom atmosphere where students feel comfortable and enjoy learning and communicating with other students and the teacher.

My experience in the classroom is that some of the students can learn and perform above average but what is ailing them is the negative attitude they develop towards a subject. This tends to bring them down and lower their performance. A lot of attention is given to areas that are perceived to be easy

I am optimistic that my class will be different from others and will add more value to learners of all ages.
