I will tailor my lessons to exactly what you need to work on. I will plan my lessons in advance once I properly understand your strengths and weaknesses, however if something comes up in class we can work on it then and there! We will do some book work and writing if that is what you need, but often I have small games so that you can consolidate your learning ... I try not to let it be an hour straight of me talking! I will also tailor my lessons to what year you are in and slightly over, so that you can be getting the top grades in the class! Usually I do an hour a week, but if you think you need more help or an extra session before a test we can definitely work with that! I have a small amount of tutoring experience with someone who is dyslexic, and almost a years experience with someone with a language barrier. Despite my not knowing their primary language, we were able to overcome some of their limitations in class, allowing them to improve by 3 grades.
We can work together online via zoom (or another method of your choosing) or in person, and this can be in a neutral setting or at your house. The sessions are very flexible to what you need, so feel free to contact me with any questions you have, and/or you would be interested in my English tutoring sessions.
