Hi!

My name is Lizelle, and I am advertising my services as a Psychology tutor.

I am a highly motivated and goal-driven student that would like to support others on their academic journeys.

My journey studying Psychology started in 2016 as part of my Bachelor of Arts degree, which I passed cum laude in 2019. I decided to continue my studies specialising in Psychology and passed my Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology cum laude in 2020. Thereafter, I completed my Master of Arts in Psychology, and I should be graduating in April 2023.

As a tutor, my goal is to offer support and encouragement as students gain knowledge and develop skills. The content of tutoring sessions depends entirely on each student's course material. I aim to provide explanations, clarification, elucidation, and examples that help students gain a deeper understanding of the topics and concepts they are studying as well as answer any specific questions posed by students. In order to provide the best service possible, I kindly request that students let me know what they would like to cover during sessions beforehand to allow me to prepare adequately.

Tutoring sessions are intended to be supplementary to Psychology courses and are thus not presented as lessons or lectures. Rather they present an opportunity to broaden your knowledge and deepen your understanding.

As your tutor, I will do my best to support you in any way I can as you embark upon or continue on your journey as a student of Psychology.
