I will outline a brief session plan but I will support you to identify your goal for each session,for example, what goal would you like to work on? I will guide and support you to find the answers to your questions; I won’t give you the answers, I’ll help you find them.
I’ll support you identify a final destination goal and smaller goals that will help you move closer to that destination.
I’m not here to tell you what to do, I’m here to help you realise that you know what to do!
Sessions will be online and will be 45 minutes long, at the end of each session you will leave with an action plan that you have devised, ready to move forward each week. By the time you complete your work with me, you will have confidence in the direction you are going and feel empowered to make decisions about your goals. The number if sessions we have will be down to you, some people may just want a one off session, others may want ongoing support - I offer both and as with everything else I provide, it is all led by you, the client.
