My sessions are supportive, structured, and tailored to each student’s individual needs. Drawing on my experience as a Taekwondo coach and a sport psychology student, I focus on helping students build confidence, discipline, and resilience in a practical and realistic way. I have worked with a wide range of individuals, which has helped me develop strong communication skills and the ability to adapt my approach depending on the person I am working with. This means sessions are always personalised rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

Each session typically begins with identifying your current challenges and setting clear, achievable goals. This could include managing stress, improving motivation, building better routines, or increasing confidence in academic or personal situations. From there, we break things down into manageable steps and develop strategies that are easy to implement into your daily life. I use simple, evidence-based techniques from sport psychology, such as goal setting, routine building, mindset development, and reflection, to help you stay consistent and make steady progress over time.

Sessions are interactive and student-led, meaning we focus on what matters most to you. I aim to create a supportive and non-judgemental environment where you feel comfortable being open about any challenges you are facing.
