My lessons are interactive, supportive, and carefully tailored to each student’s needs and goals. I focus on creating an engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities. Each session begins with a short review of previous material, followed by clear explanations, guided practice, and independent tasks to strengthen understanding.
I make sure to adapt my teaching style to suit different learning preferences—whether that means breaking down complex topics into simple steps, using visual aids, or discussing ideas in a more conversational way. Having taught English Language and Literature, Mathematics, Science, and Global Perspectives, I understand how to make subjects both accessible and interesting.
My experience as a Durham University student and as a private tutor has helped me build strong communication and organizational skills. I aim not just to help students improve their grades, but also to develop lasting curiosity and confidence in their studies.
