I prefer to teach people by breaking things down simply, then teaching the more advanced methods, and by doing this, students come to understand more and it shows them how easy work can be if you break it down. I also like to give my students a break within the working time to let them process information easily and give them a chance to relax when something may be stressful for them. I dislike pressuring my students to an unrealistic standard as they are simply human, and they don't need to be pressured to a point of stress, worry, or discomfort. I try to work with my students on their weakest points and keep their stronger points strong. When I tutor someone, I make sure they are happy with any explanation and / or method I have given, this leads them to have a better understanding and can help them progress within mathematics. I can use their class content to stem my tutoring lessons, and I will be happy to answer any questions when I am teaching them. I encourage my students to try their best and to remember we learn from our mistakes. When I was younger, I found math hard, I couldn't understand mathematics as a whole, however, I learnt methods and techniques which explored my skills throughout the subject, due to these small changes I could see so much clearer and I want to be able to help other people by sharing what I know about maths.
