Lilly-Grace Hildreth

Hi, I’m Lilly-Grace, a dedicated and enthusiastic Primary School Teaching Assistant with over five years’ experience working with children in educational and recreational settings. I currently work in a primary school delivering targeted interventions in Maths, English, Phonics and other core subjects, helping pupils close learning gaps, build confidence and make measurable progress.

I believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed, and I understand that no two learners are the same. That’s why I tailor every lesson to suit each student’s individual needs, learning style and pace. Whether your child needs support catching up, preparing for SATs, improving their reading and writing, or building confidence in maths, I create engaging and supportive lessons that make learning enjoyable.

I have experience working with children of all abilities, including those with SEND, and I pride myself on creating a calm, encouraging environment where children feel comfortable asking questions and learning from their mistakes. My aim is not only to improve academic performance but also to help students develop confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning.
