Hi, I’m Liam — a third-year astrophysics student offering personalised online maths tuition for GCSE and A-Level students. Lessons are held on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, depending on your preference, and I use a digital whiteboard to clearly explain topics with examples, diagrams, and step-by-step working. We can follow the syllabus in order or focus on the topics you’re finding most challenging — it’s completely up to you. My sessions are relaxed and informal, and you're encouraged to ask questions at any time. I’ll guide you through each problem methodically and show you how to approach exam questions with confidence and precision to achieve the highest possible marks.
Having achieved 70% in university-level mathematics, I bring a strong understanding of the subject and a student’s perspective on what works when learning challenging material. My goal is to make maths feel approachable and logical, even if it doesn’t right now. I adapt each session to your learning style, whether you prefer visual explanations, repetition, or plenty of practice questions.
