My lessons follow an interactive structure that builds confidence and strengthens exam technique. Each session begins with a clear, approachable explanation of the topic, followed by a step-by-step walkthrough of a relevant exam question. After that, the student tackles a similar question independently so I can give immediate, targeted feedback.

To support independent study, I provide a set of exam-style questions with model answers written by me. These allow students to practise with guidance and understand not only the correct solutions but the reasoning behind them.

I also produce typed notes for each topic, organised in a clear and logical structure similar to the style used at top universities. This helps students easily review key concepts and prepares them for the more independent learning style expected in STEM degrees.

My teaching approach is flexible and responsive. I adjust lessons based on the student’s pace, goals and learning preferences. Whether the aim is to secure top grades or to build steady progress and confidence, I provide the structure, resources and support to help students get there.

By combining clarity, rigour and a personalised approach, I aim to make challenging topics manageable and help students become more effective, independent learners.
