I specialise in supporting university and mature students; particularly those with ADHD, SEN, or mental health needs, to build confidence, improve academic performance, and rediscover the joy of learning.

Teaching Style & Lesson Format

Our first session is an informal introduction where we identify your goals, challenges, and learning preferences. From there, every session is fully tailored to you. Whether you need help understanding complex concepts, preparing for exams, improving essays, or mastering statistics and data analysis, I focus on making complex material clear and manageable. I also integrate wellbeing and study strategies grounded in psychology and neuroscience to help you stay focused, motivated, and organised.

Experience & Approach

With a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Neuroimaging for Clinical and Cognitive Neuroscience, I combine academic expertise with hands-on experience in SEN support, mental health, and wellbeing coaching. My approach blends evidence-based learning techniques with empathy and structure, helping you achieve your goals while developing lifelong learning skills.
