I believe there is something in politics for everyone, and that developing a base of political knowledge and the ability to engage in critical debate is crucial, regardless of one's career path. More importantly, I believe political education can be satisfying and fun, and I strive to help other A-Level students get from the course what I did. I focus my lessons on essay question planning, aiming to get my students to a point where they are not surprised by anything that comes up in the exam. Of course, this can only happen if a strong foundation of knowledge has been built, so before planning essays I will always go over the content with my students until they understand the content within each topic.
