Leah Massingham

My lessons are tailored to each students individual curriculum, learning styles and requirements.
I have taught a range of ages, levels, exam boards and qualifications.
For younger students I keep regularly contact with parents, updating them regularly on their child’s progression, engagement and even sending them weekly lesson plans so they know what their child is learning.
For older students, I encourage regular check-ins as to how they feel about the learning they are doing. We often reflect on how much we have progressed to build students confidence in themselves and their hard work.
I provide a range of resources for students to keep and utilise as they see fit.
I achieved A grades throughout my schooling career particularly and constantly in English. I study at The University of Sheffield as a Journalism Undergraduate where I am also the Editor-in-Chief of the University magazine.
I am qualified up to A-level in both English Literature and English Language.
