So I teach on a more casual basis helping you learn conversational english aswell as improving your ability to socialise with others. If you struggle with the english language we start with learning basic vocabulary and grammar patterns. The other side is learning basic social and emotional awareness and also learning to regulate your own anxiety and stress around other people.
I also am in training to be a therapist so you can talk about any issues you have with mental health. Depression, social anxiety, any painful experiences, addictions, etc. I am good in this area if you struggle to regulate yourself emotionally or have any mental health issues we can talk about them and start to address them in a gentle and non intrusive way.
Its unstructured so if you are looking for a very professional structured session with homework and an official plan, you may be better off woth another tutor who offers a more clear structured approach. Mine is very flexible and intuitive. However if you are open to trying a more relaxed casual approach I may be of help
I can adapt the sessions to whatever you need and we can work from there.
The first two sessions are free. This is to make sure we determine if I can actually be of help to you as I don't want to waste your time or money or mine if this is not a good for you. Its an opt in opt out basis so you can stop whenever you like. Only carry on if it is actually useful for you.
