My coaching sessions are designed to be supportive, structured and completely tailored to each student's individual needs. I create a safe, non-judgemental space where students feels comfortable talking openly about their challenges, goals and worries.
Each session follows a flexible format. We will usually begin with a short-check in to understand how the student is feeling and what they would like to focus on that day. From there, we work together on areas such as confidence building, motivation, time-management, organisation, mindset and managing stress or pressure related to school of life in general. Sessions are interactive and collaborative, with practical tools, reflection exercises and clear action steps students can use outside of our lessons.
I currently work as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school, where I support young people with a wide range of academic, emotional and personal needs. This experience has helped me develop strong communication skills, patience and the ability to adapt my approach to suit different learning styles and personalties. I understand the pressures students face today and aim to support both their personal growth and wellbeing.
My goal is to help students feel more confident in themselves, develop positive habits, and gain skills that will benefit them both in and beyond education. Sessions are encouraging, empowering and focused on helping students reach their full potential at their own pace.
