As your coach, I would help you manage stress, build confidence, and develop a selection of coping mechanisms to utilise in every area of life, supporting you to thrive.

We would do this together by;
- Setting and working towards personal goals, taking time to recognise progress as you go.
- Learning study habits, time management and mindset skills.
- Building motivation and self-confidence.

I would be a supportive listener and our sessions would be led by topics that feel relevant to you.

I would share my observations at the end of each session and propose a direction, always working collaboratively with you to ensure you get from our time together what you aim to.

I have over 20 years experience of supporting individuals to make changes in their mindset and behaviours to move them closer to their goals.

I work in a reflective, supportive, strength based and judgement free way that supports individuals to move forward free from shame or blame.
