I am a qualified teacher currently teaching Travel & Tourism, Health & Social Care, and Education & Early Years at sixth-form level.

My online lessons are friendly, supportive and interactive, and are always tailored to the individual student, their qualification and their learning needs. I aim to make lessons engaging and accessible rather than relying on lengthy presentations, using discussion, real-life examples, case studies, activities, structured tasks and assessment-style questions.

I can support students with understanding course content, catching up on missed learning, assignment planning and structure, improving written responses, revision and assessment preparation. Lessons can focus on specific areas a student is finding difficult or work systematically through their course specification.

I have extensive experience working with young people of different abilities and confidence levels, including learners with SEND. I create a relaxed and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, while providing the structure and challenge they need to build confidence and make progress.

Whether a student needs ongoing weekly tuition or additional support with a particular topic or unit, lessons will be planned around what they need to achieve.
