Each session begins with a short check-in to understand how the student is feeling and what they need support with that day. From there, we set clear, realistic goals and break them down into simple, manageable steps.
I use a coaching-style approach combining active listening, guided conversation, and practical tools for study habits, time management, organisation, motivation, and confidence building. Sessions are interactive and tailored to each student, rather than a one-size-fits-all format, so they feel understood and supported as individuals.
I also encourage reflection and accountability, helping students recognise their progress and build consistency over time. My experience working with people and understanding behaviour allows me to create a safe, non-judgemental space where students feel comfortable opening up, building resilience, and developing stronger mindset skills both academically and personally.
